Leads the facilities lean/continuous improvement effort by educating facility personnel on lean/continuous improvement concepts and tools, identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing improvement initiatives, and monitoring progress.
The Network Systems Architect is the lead technical role that focuses on network design, architecture, optimization, and management across all SAF-HOLLAND locations globally. This includes LAN, WAN, VOIP, VPN, firewall, telecommunications, and the network infrastructure that supports end-user access and communication to software applications and databases at multiple sites and datacenters (both on premise and in the cloud). Leads the network design, planning, and implementation of systems for future growth to meet business needs in a cost effective manner. Achieves continuous operations through support, high uptime, and a redundant/fault-tolerant architecture.
Provides global IT support for all SAF-HOLLAND facilities and their subsidiaries utilizing ITIL and the follow the sun approach. Takes a managerial role on the Global IT Support Services Team: creating ITIL compliant processes; ensuring excellent customer service; coordinating support services globally; training junior personnel; and administering global IT policy.
Responsible for developing and implementing Regional and Global Sourcing Strategies for assigned commodities with focus on meeting and exceeding cost reduction, quality, delivery and product launch goals for all SAF-HOLLAND manufacturing locations. Responsibilities may include regional and global project assignments. Establish relationships with Strategic Vendors to negotiate high quality materials at the lowest possible cost. Manages supplier evaluation and formal development process. In addition, the Commodity Manager will participate in cross-functional teams, account assignments, or asked to provide leadership and mentoring to less experienced employees.
Responsible for the sourcing activities for Indirect Commodities with focus on meeting and exceedingcost reduction, quality and delivery goals for all SAF-HOLLAND North America manufacturinglocations. Establish relationships with Strategic Vendors to negotiate high quality products and servicesat the lowest possible cost. The Commodity Specialist will manage all indirect commodities and servicesincluding packaging, MRO, capital equipment, logistics services and other indirect services, workingclosely with multiple SAF-HOLLAND plants and cross functional teams.
The Web and Mobile Technologies Developer II acts as the lead web developer, and lead iOS and/ orAndroid developer, gathering requirements around functionality and translating those requirements intosimple but effective web and mobile solutions; designing and developing web and mobile user interfacesto core backend systems like SAP, developing and maintaining websites, enhancing web/mobile userexperience. Works closely with the Digital Architect and partners with web and mobile stakeholders,and Business Process Experts.
In consult with the Marketing Services Manager, develops and maintains product promotional writtenand visual content on company websites, promotional literature, and other pertinent sales tools.
